Some days you will hear nothing from us about a trade, and that is deliberate. If the gold chart does not offer a clear setup, we do not force an idea just to post something. This article explains why quiet days protect you, and why patience is part of the plan rather than a gap in it.
Every idea we send needs a reason: a level that matters, a clear direction and a place for the stop-loss that makes sense. If the chart is messy and none of those line up, there is no idea worth sending. Posting something anyway would only be noise, and noise with your money attached is expensive.
Forced trades in messy markets are where losses pile up. A trade taken out of boredom or a wish to stay active usually has a poor entry and a stop-loss placed by guesswork. The quiet days are the ones where we are saving you from exactly that. Up to ten trade ideas a day is a ceiling, not a target.
Waiting is a skill, and it is one of the hardest for new traders to learn because doing nothing feels like missing out. We would rather send fewer, clearer ideas than a steady stream of average ones. If you want to trade with a team that is comfortable waiting, the community is free to join and the live sessions explain how we judge when a setup is good enough.
Most likely because the chart did not offer a clear setup. We do not send ideas just to stay active, and quiet days are a normal part of trading.
It varies with the market. On some days there are several, up to ten, and on others none at all. The number depends on what the chart offers, not on a quota.
